task 16 - why is sound important?

sound is important because it creates realism , in order to entice the viewer  and  make events in the film relatable , however without sound the film is confusing because when the viewer is watching the film,and someone is having a conversation but  the viewer we cant hear anything.however, the sound can be asynchronous but this is not necessarily a bad thing. also ambient sound adds to realism of the film and creates a bigger picture for the viewer. another reason why sound is important is because it helps give the audience extra information about the characters and plot. furthermore, without sound the a film will not be a film. one of the main reasons why sound is included is because it makes the film 3 dimensional which makes it  entertaining and interesting to watch.
