one of the main purposes of a title sequence is to show the production company  that played a part in creating the film. another main purpose of a title sequence is to make the audience want to watch the film and catch the audience 's attention. in the title sequence 's the main characters are introduced and it also sets the tone of the film.

title sequences have many features one is to  show the title of the film. another is to show the idents which is a visual display of the production  company , this usually comes near the beginning of the film . the opening settings begin to give the audience an idea of the themes and plot . the introductory soundtrack  depends on the genre of the film , for example if it was an action film , the soundtrack will  would be more dramatic.
